Q. My System Can't Wake Up From Stand By Using the Remote Control
A. a) Please Download and install this Registry Fix:

b) Unzip the File and run the File S3fix.reg
c) Restart System,
d) When the System is booting up and the PLIX Logo appears on the screen Press the "DELETE" Key on your Keyboard (Please Note that you must connect the system to you Monitor either using VGA or DVI to complete this step, Components wont work)
e) Inside the Bios Screen Please select "Power Management Features"
f) Make Sure that the Suspend Mode is set to "S3"
g) Change the "USB Device Wake Up From S3" to "ENABLE"
h) Press the Key "F10" on your keyboard and Select "OK" to Save the Changes.
i) You should be able to wake up the system from stand by using the remote by pressing the power Button on the Remote

A. Some DVDs won't play due to a DVD protection included on commercial DVDs (Macrovision)

A.- Our EMC3200 and EMC3000 Has a Single Layer DVD Drive; It Supports both DVD-R and DVD+R

A.- Due to our Compact size our system does not have any Free PCI Slot
Q.- How can I upgrade video card?
A.- Due to our special design is not possible to upgrade video card.
Q.- Plix media center have built-in wireless capabilities?
A.- No, But you can add a wireless adapter trough one of the USB ports.
Q.- Why do I need to do the DVI CrossLink?
A.- The Crosslink is to connect graphics card DVI to our Special AV- Board . this would allow you to use only one DVI cable for Windows and AV-Mode.
Q.- What is AV-Mode?
A.- This is the especial feature of PLIX Media Center with this Function you can watch TV, Listen FM Radio, Input AV 1, AV2 and Play DVD with out Using Windows OS.
